How to Send a Message

Hover over Message, hover over Send Messages, and click Send Message

Description: This is for your reference only, this acts as an identifier.

Send Message via: Choose which message type you would like to send. You must select at least one option, and you are free to choose multiple options.

Text Message - Tick this box if you wish to send a text message.

Email - Tick this box if you wish to send an email.

Message Type: There are four different message types:

One-Time Message to Distribution Lists or Dynamic Targets - Select this option if you wish to send a one-time mass message.

One-Time Message to Individuals - Select this option if you wish to send a one-time message to one or more subscribers.

Automated Message for New Subscribers - Select this option if you wish to set up an automated message that will go out to newly added contacts.

Automated Recurring Message to Distribution Lists or Dynamic Targets - Select this option if you wish to set up an automated recurring message that goes out on a frequency you set.

Template: This is an optional step, but it allows you to send a text or email template that you had previously set up.

Send Time: Choose when to send this message.

Click Compose Message and type out your message in the Text Message box

Click Select Recipients and select the distribution list you wish to send the message to. Click the first blue button to move it over to the Selected box

Click Preview & Send, agree to terms and click Send
