Setting Up Your Account

Log in to your account at launch.messagingchannel.com

When you log in, a pop-up will appear regarding setting up the Toll-Free Number you will use to send and receive text messages.

Click the blue “Provision” button.

The Account Settings Page will open. Midway down the page, expand the section labeled “Long Code Setup”.

Click the gray “Provision” button.

A Pop-up will appear. Enter 4-7 digits that you wish to be included in your toll-free number into the text box next to the “Toll-Free” drop-down. The system will then search for a number containing the digits you provide. If no results are returned, try a different number sequence.

Select a number from the returned list and click the blue “Provision” button.

A small pop-up will appear informing you the provisioning process is taking place.

Click the blue “Ok” button. All of the pop-ups will close. Provisioning usually takes 3-5 minutes. Refresh the page and expand the “Long Code Setup” section again to see if your number provisioning is complete.

When your number is ready, the “Status” column will say “Provisioned”.

Click on the blue “Edit Info & Password” button under User Information.

On the “Edit User Information” page click the gray “Change” button next to the “Short Code” section.

A pop-up will appear regarding changing your current number. Read all the information within the box, and click “I agree” if you agree to everything provided, then click “Continue”.

A pop-up will appear letting you know your phone number has been set up.

Setting Up Your Organization ID

Click on the Account Menu on the top right-hand side of the screen.

Expand the “Organization Profile” section.

Click the blue “Edit Profile” button.

Click the “Add” button in the “Verified Organization Names” section.

A pop-up will appear for you to enter your Organization’s info. Enter your Organization Name along with a short description of your reason for doing so. The first time you complete this process, you may enter “Setting up initial Organization Name”. Click the blue “Submit” button.

Once a Message Launch rep has reviewed and approved your request, you’ll be able to use this Organization Name for all messaging.
