How to Create a Distribution List

Hover over Manage and click on Contact Database

Click Create

Distribution List: This feature is tied to our Send From Phone feature. I suggest using the same name as Display Name.

Display Name: This is the name of the list and is for your reference only.

Monthly Message Frequency: This is where you will put an estimate of how many messages you will be sending these contacts on a monthly basis.

List Description: This is a description of the kind of messages you will be sending to these subscribers. If you are sending alerts, feel free to put Alerts.

Click Save
